  • 4 color lino print on paper 15" x 21" Signed
  • Digital pigment print on paper 20" x 33.12" or 33.12" x 20" - May be hung horizontally or vertically Signed and Numbered 1/10 This work is from a series of dot designs, originally created as part of a public art commission for the street-level architectural glass for a building in downtown Oakland. An original repeat pattern design was used as source material for this abstracted work. The result is an interplay of color, pattern, and repetition.
  • Digital pigment print on paper 40" x 40" Signed and Numbered 1/10 The source image for this work was a photograph of a graffitied street poster, taken on one of numerous trips to Paris to exhibit fashion textile designs at Première Vision. The photo was then transformed into dots, resulting in an interplay between abstraction and readability, influenced in part by the distance at which the work is viewed. And of course, it is also much about color!
